Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend IPA 2023, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Registrations cancelled before December 5th, 2022: full refund of registration fees, less a 10% administration charge
Registrations cancelled after December 5th 2022: not eligible for refund, but transfer may apply
Eligible refunds will be paid within 30 days of the cancellation and will be made in the same way the monies were received.
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your ticket to another named person. This must be done in writing to and with the agreement of the conference organisers. Bookings may only be transferred once. Please email the conference organisers at ipaglasgow2023@gmail.com to apply.
